How to edit the product specification on new Mega Electronics template?

On the product pages, there is a column that says Specification along with a bunch of attributes. I expected this to be a HTML block, or linked somehow to the product attributes – but I can’t find anything.
How do I edit this column?

Hi,
The “Specification” area for the product page is created by using Layouts (Dashboard -> Layouts), therefore you need to edit this layout.
