Just saw you guys have added a Video Product Gallery to the theme (cool), but it isn’t working properly.
On your sample listing, the video has its own thumbnail image. When I try to add the Youtube video link it attaches to my main image. You don’t see the Youtube video thumbnail, you see a play button on my main image.
I read thru some old posts and saw that we might have to add the main image again, in the Gallery section, but that doesn’t work either. The video play button then show on both main images! No video thumbnail ever appears.
Or, when I add the main image again, in the Gallery, it somehow deletes the video link! The link is no longer there.
We tried it with the default setting and with the native player. Nothing worked.
This doesn’t seem to be a stable feature at all?
Any ideas on how to fix?
