Hello,

I would like to apologize for my actions regarding the recent changes to the live website. I understand that my actions were unprofessional and have caused inconvenience to the sellers on the site. I should have communicated with you more clearly about the need for a staging site for testing purposes, and I regret not doing so. I will work to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and again, I apologize for any negative impact my actions may have had.
