    Can you help?

    After adding products to my cart, I get this message when I go to checkout.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    The thing is that the “Cart” page shouldn’t be cached at all. Please navigate to the settings of the cache plugin and disable the cache for that page.

    I am sorry. Can you give me step by step direction on this. I am not understanding.

    Where do I go to do this? I am not sure what the cache plug in is.

    Hello,

    The cart page should be excluded from the caching. So when I navigate to WP Engine -> environment name -> Caching -> exclusions, the “exclusions” area is not clickable and I cannot exclude the “Cart” page.

    Please contact the plugin developers and ask them how to unlock the “Exclusions” area.
