Products per page does not work?

    Hello,

    In the theme settings -> Product archive – Product grid – Pages – Products per page: I have set it to 40 products per page.
    There are only 15 products showing…

    How can I fix this?

    Yes, I have the latest version of your theme.
    All other plugins are up-to-date and deactivated.
    Only Woocommerce and Woodmart Core are activated.
    There is no cache plugin.

    Hello,

    I have visited your website and you have selected 40 products per page from Theme Setting and 40 products are showing in product per page on shop page.

    Clear the browser cache and try again.

    If I am logged in I see 15 If I am logged out it is 40 indeed.
    So it is a cache thing thanks

    Hello,

    I have visited your site in incognito mode and the product per page is working fine.

    Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

    Every time I update a product or setting in de back, the Products per page are set back to 15… when logged in.
    In the theme settings -> Product archive – Product grid – Pages – Products per page: It still says 40 products per page, but on the front end it shows only 15… when logged in.

    When not logged in, there are 40. How to stop this for logged in?

    Hello,

    Sometimes outdated cache files can interfere with the proper display of settings or configurations. Additionally, if you have any caching plugins enabled on your website, please temporarily disable the plugin and check the issue.

    If the issue remains Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the valid wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    I have visited your site and checked you have set the product per page 50 from theme settings > product Archive. And on the shop page product per page 50 showing fine on your site.

    Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

    Hello,
    After I completely clear the browser cache, the problem is solved and all 50 products are showing.
    But after days I see only 15 products per page.
    Why is this resetting after a couple of days? And how can we solve this once and for all?
    I can not clear my browser cache every couple of days only because of this…
    I use the Google Chrome browser and it up to date.

    Hello,

    Although you’ve mentioned using an updated Google Chrome browser, sometimes browsers might aggressively cache information. Try adjusting the browser settings to prevent it from caching. If you are using a cache plugin try to temporarily disable the cache plugin and check the issue.
