filters on product archive

    Hello,
    I am trying to add filters to the top of the category page just above the products.
    when trying to add the filters I created (attributes) its not adding it or showing it.
    it is just showing the filters of price and stock status.

    how to solve that?

    Hello,

    Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet.

    Have you enabled the filter area in the top? You can find the option in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Shop filters.

    Then you can add the widgets to the Filter shop area in the Appearance> Widgets.

    If you still have the problem, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Hello,
    thanks for your answer.
    1. I installed the Classic widget plugin.
    2. Have you enabled the filter area in the top? — yes
    3. under the content on the shop filters I set the HTML Block and set the html block with the filters but I can see only few without the attribute filters.

    Hello,

    You have created a custom Layout in Woocommerce builder: https://gyazo.com/0c949a0d3e7d9f85ee28f3c3f9384c65

    You need to edit this layout and add top filters there. When there is a custom layout the theme settings are not applied.

    Hello,
    I already added the filters but as I WROTE, it’s not working.
    please check what I have done on the attach image.
    if you can login to the backend and set it for me so it will work it would be great.

    If the attribute item has no products it will not be shown as there is nothing to filter.
