Getting Ajax error upon installing theme

    Hello ,

    First i have a question that we have to integrate the theme in our woocommerce website which has around 18000 products so if we install the pre built website of mega electronics does it removes already existing products ad posts?

    Also i tried installing the prebuilt website of “mega electronics” but i got this error https://prnt.sc/KRrtYC4CuURb.

    Any quick help would be appreciated

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated,and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Okay thank you i will try and get back to you but does it delete all the existing products and posts if we import a pre built website?

    Hi,

    I just installed the woodmart theme and I am having the same issue “Ajax import error”. I’ve tried to import / use other websites from the theme but to no avail. I have also tried both process; deactivating all plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    And it is still not working.

    I have visited your site and seen a lot of third party plugins.
    Please try to deactivate the third party plugins and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already it will conflict with your existing posts and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains then They may be caused by low PHP configuration limits. In this case, you need to increase some values.
    memory_limit 128M
    post_max_size 64M
    upload_max_filesize 64M
    max_execution_time 180
    max_input_vars 10000

    You will not lose your products, you can delete the product after importing the demo.

    This issue is still pending:
