header banner link added in block with page builder not working

I tested the code but it didn’t work….

I put a link to the banner and it didn’t change anything.
And the link I put inside the Block doesn’t work either.

It stayed the same in my tests.

Is it possible to load the html block (which already has links) and have them work?

On several sites I tested here, it’s the same problem in all.

On another site, I had already tested it, including the link there…and it didn’t work either.

I removed it and the scroll bar worked perfectly again.

It was a code to style the scrollbar that was included in the footer.

I just removed that line and everything was working.
