Load more and Infinite scroll features not working

    Hi,

    Recently, my website’s “Load more” and “Infinite scroll” on the shop page are not working. I did the usual drill of disabling all the plugin other than the ones that are necessary. It does work when all the other plugins are disabled. When I enabled the plugins one by one, I noticed that enabling Mailchimp for WooCommere plugin resulted in those features not to work. This is strange as I am not sure why this is happing when that plugin is enabled.
    Could you please help me with this issue?

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    I have disabled the other plugins and provided the credentials in the private content area.

    Hi,

    But, once I enable the other plugins, the Load More button only works in the admin view. And does not work otherwise.

    Hello,

    In this case, you need to enable all plugins one by one and see which plugin exactly causes this issue.

    Hi,

    Even after disabling all the plugins except for the ones mentioned below:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor

    The “Load More” Button works only once. When I click on it the second time to reveal more products, it does not work.
    You can have a look for yourself as all the plugins are currently disabled.

    There was a bug in our theme. We will fix it in our next theme update too.
