Related products and upsell commands work incorrectly

I bought your theme and am using it. However, I have two big problems.
– When the related products command is active, it puts a photo of another product in some (but not all) products.
– When the upsell command is used, it replaces the pictures of the product with the pictures of the product added as the first upsell.
You can find the related images in the attachments section.

when I use a different theme, the problem disappears. So the problem is in the Woodmart theme.

Please send me access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Please navigate to WoodMart -> Patcher and apply the 470239 patch, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

Can you describe how to clear the cache? Are you talking about browser cookies or site cookies?

For now, you have fixed it via patch, in the next update that fix will be by default in the theme, therefore you will not encounter it again.
