Add to cart and checkout very slow

We recently launched a site with your theme, we did all the optimizations we could with WpRocket and CDN, but we saw that the conversions are bad even with the site considerably fast. We then noticed that both the AJAX add to cart function and Checkout were very slow.
Could you help us identify and solve the problem?
Our focus is on mobile optimization because that is where 95% of our customers are focused

Please send access to the admin panel and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Hi, are you allowed to disable plugins and switch to default parent theme
Remembering that I inserted some additional code in the default parent theme, these codes need to remain afterwards.
I left the site in maintenance mode so that my clients are not using the site when you are working. Please leave it that way if possible.

It means that the issue in third-party plugins that affect the Ajax speed.
