HELP. My Back ups don’t restore theme

Hello –
I was trying to load content from a prebuilt website to see the WP bakery elements and completely overran my whole site and it’s settings. I created a backup as advised but restoring backups do nothing to change my theme settings back to what they were prior to the prebuilt site being loaded. Please advise on how to restore from the site settings saved prior to these updates being made

Thank you for replying. This is what I have been trying to do and it results in no changes. I’ve tried all of the recent 5 last backups, and nothing. What other options do I have to access those back up files
I am attaching credentials for user access so you can see what I am seeing and what is not working for me. I spent $60 for support simply because this function is not working properly as expected

Please contact the host support and find out if they have the backup automatically made.
When you upload a demo, you see the warning that the current settings would be changed. When you enable the backup, it restores the theme settings, at the same time this option does not roll back the header you used previously or the content on the home page.
That is why you do not see changes and it even may get worse restoring the theme settings backup.
