brothers we work with the theme locally so as not to affect the live change and when we try to retrieve the file generated from the option / theme setting / backup / we try to retrieve the .json and from woodmart / theme setting / import and export. it gives us an error and we have no way to recover what we have pre-configured
We can hardly inspect the issue if the site is on the local host, in addition, the site can be influenced by incorrect or inappropriate server configuration.
Could you consider the possibility to move the site to testing remain and providing the site admin access for us?
