woodmart theme update

    Dear Support Team,
    I am having problem with the woodmart theme update .
    When I click on the update button it shows me error.
    Please check screenshots attached.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Dear Support team,
    I have tried the same method previously and this time too.
    But it didn’t worked. Last time one of the support agent helped me to update the theme manually.
    I don’t know where the problem is that’s why I shared the credentials with you to update.
    Please help to update it urgently.
    Also recommend any permanent solution.
    Credentials are already shared with your team.
