repdirect.nlParticipantHi there,
I have a question regarding the sidebar (left) that dissapears and does not come back after resizing the browser.
Is there something i can do about it? Might it be a setting of some sort?Whenever i resize the desktop browser to a size where the website will responsively resize the layout to the mobile version it then shows me the “Show Sidebar” link just fine, but once i resize the screen back to a normal desktop size, the Show Sidebar link goes away like intended, but the sidebar itself does not come back and the whole navigation option basically dissapears to never come back untill after a reload of the page.
What might cause this?
Thanks in advance!

repdirect.nlParticipantThere is no issue on mobile devices, the responsive version works just fine.
It is simply only an issue on desktop computers where the sidebar is shown directly without a “show sidebar” link.So in short, initial page load it shows the sidebar just fine, only once you resize the page up to a certain size where it becomes responsive and hides the sidebar under the “show sidebar” link is when it does not come back again after resizing to full size desktop size. Basically what then happends is the “show sidebar” link dissapears but the sidebar doesn’t show up so the only way to navigate in the sidebar is to resize it back to responsive again to see the “show sidebar” link again.
I made a small video to show you what i mean;

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Browser resizing is not a standard way of checking the concern for the responsive viewports. You can check your Site on a real time device (Mobile/desktop) to confirm more regarding the issue.
Best Regards.

repdirect.nlParticipantI don’t really understand what you are saying friend.
I cannot get this “bug” to show on a mobile device because it will never ever show the sidebar due to responsiveness, therefore, the mobile devices aren’t any issue at all, why would i try to trigger this to show on a mobile device if these aren’t the issue?
The video i sent is from a real time device (desktop) and only the desktop devices seem to have this issue.
Saying resizing isn’t a standard way doesn’t really help at all. We have tried and used so much themes and this is the first theme that gives us this issue where the sidebar just stays away forever untill the page has been refreshed. We determined the error quite obviously, can you at least guide us to a possible setting that is perhaps set wrong?

ProfijtwijnParticipantHi,
We experience the same issue. When adjusting the screen size on desktop to for example mobile size we have large white gaps or when we load the shoppage in mobile size and resize the screen back to full desktop size the filters are missing.
Is there a fix for this?
Kind regards,
Sebastian
