Paypal and Buy later buttons appear below the privacy message

I’m setting up payment methods on my new woodmart powered website
When I use the WooCommerce Stripe gateway plugin the payment details appear directly below the radio button as expected.
When using the WooCommerce Paypal gateway plugin the paypal buttons appear underneath other payment options and the privacy policy statement.
How can I make the Paypal information appear directly below the radio button when clicked?

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. And HTML Structure does allow it with custom css.
