Clear previous search on search results page

Hi,
When a customer gets to the search results page and tries to do another search the previous search is already in the search bar. Would it be possible for the search bar to be empty on the search results page so the customer doesn’t need to clear it to perform another search?
I would really appreciate it if you can help me with this.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
Hope you can understand our limitations.
