Hello,

I see that you have defined the “Cross-sells” products via the Layouts, but the thing is that on the single page could be only “Upsells” products therefore you should change it here: https://prnt.sc/8zC9eJKEiDYu , https://prnt.sc/2tPstyYBnR7k

Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
