“Create a account” in XTEMOS “billing details” module not available?

I use the layout from the demo mega-electronics. I just noticed that I do not have the option to create a customer account in the checkout. So I looked at the module again more closely and found that this option does not exist there. In woocommerce everything is set correctly and when I select the woocommerce module “menu shopping cart” the option to create a customer account is also displayed.
Why is this setting not applied to your module?
