I know there is an import button, but that doesn’t fit. For example here:

From the main page, a couple of blocks suit me, but I don’t know how to implement them in the admin panel.
In the admin panel of the theme, there is also import by page, very convenient. I import, take the code from there and work on the page I need. But there are not all solutions of your demo versions.
A full import overwrites the demo of previous imports.
