Shopping cart bug

    Hi there,

    I guess there is a bug in shopping cart?
    When I delete a product in shopping cart the page goes “blank” and when I refresh the page, then the it updates the page how it should be.
    I have attached 3 images of this.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Contact Form 7
    Mailchimp for WordPress
    Safe SVG
    Slider Revolution
    WooCommerce
    WPBakery Page Builder
    XTEMOS Post Types plugin

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Could you kindly check the credentials? I cannot log in.

    Meanwhile, make a full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    I still cannot enter the site.

    I tried to test adding to the product to the cart, but I could not. Please check the site admin access.

    Hi Elise,

    My sites are using Limit Login Attempts Reloaded plugin and my hosting provider uses their own detection for fraudilent login attempts. Maybe these are denying your access to my sites?
    From what country are you trying to login to my site?

    I tested my sites with 3 internet browsers, microsoft edge, firefox and google chrome and all of them worked just fine adding products to the cart and checkout.
