    Hi,
Would like to set almost 2 column for vertical view on tablet.
I set 3 columns for tablet and 1 for mobile in Product Archie->Product Grid.
It works well I use the tablet in horizontal mode (because 3 products per line fit very well and is yet easy to read), but if I turn to tablet vertical view by rotating the device, it turns to one column and I get enormous product images and small test. Usually smart phone and tablet view are different. Which is the way to have one column (1 product per line) for smartphone vertical mode and 2 for tablet vertical mode (and better again then 2 for mobile horizontal mode and 3 for tablet horizontal mode?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi,
looking into the Responsive Panel in the product grid/archive of Elementor I see that there’s a selector:

    Reverse column (Tablet)
    Reverse Column (Mobile)

I try to turn on both but nothing changes. I supposed that they are selector to change default columns/page.

Anyway: what they are for? (please look at attached file). Thanks.

    Hi,
    it’s exactly what i did.
But as I wrote the result is 1 column in vertical Smartphone view and the same in Vertical Tablet view.
So the product image is too big.
    So my question is about:
is it possible to have vertical Tablet view different from Smartphone (for example vertical Tablet 2 columns and Smartphone 1)?
    Thanks again.

    Hello,

Your screen shows the option to hide/show the whole widget.

You can set the number of columns in the Theme settings > Product Archives > Product Grid.

If you use the custom template, please find the option in the Product Archive widget: https://gyazo.com/499529ee47c4c4e6d15b3bb797340381

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Hi,
when I set the number of columns in Theme settings > Product Archives > Product Grid what I get is that the Mobile Setting set also the Portrait Tablet number of columns (if I set 1 for mobile, the tablet portrait will show 1 column).

About custom template ( layout->shop (I create a shop layout) if I go to Edit Archive Products I can’t get same of your video. The label doesn’t show ‘Table portrait’, but just ‘Tablet’ and the result if I set Mobile=1 cols and Tablet=3 cols what I get is:
Mobile landascape: 1 cols and Mobile portrait: 1 cols,
Tablet landascape: 3 cols and Mobile portrait: 1 cols (like mobile).

In the screenshot you can see I haven’t the ‘Tablet portrait’ label, but just Tablet. Different from your video.
It could depend by some primary settings?

    Thanks

    Hi again,
A part the fact that I can’t see the ‘portrait’ label, I think I found the possibile origin of the issue.
I sent you 3 files here:
1 I set the mobile n. of columns. It works fine (you can see from the preview side of the page)
2 I now set the tablet n. of columns. I set 5* but I get 2 (the same of mobile)
3 Now I play with preview break point handle. If I increase the break point of tablet portrait I get 5 (that is ok).
So the solution of the issue is to change the break point in some theme setting (I don’t now where). Viceversa if someone using a ‘portrait tablet’ he will always see the mobile grid also in using a tablet (and it is a usability error

    Thanks

    * of course 5 is just a number to test it. A good number can be 3. But regarding the issue is the same.
