    Hi xThemos,

I’ve updated my site on a staging area (see private content)

However, with this theme, elementor isn’t working properly.

Everything is aligned to the right, and widgets are not correctly loaded.

When contacting elementor, this is indeed to do with the theme.

Looking forward for your anwser, thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If the issue with our theme deactivate the third party plugins on your site and share the valid login details of your site i will check and solve the issue on your site.

    Regards

    Hi Aizaz,

Login details are in private content.

Elementor support already tried this, they have come to the conclusion that it has to do with the theme.

    Any solution?

    Hello,

This is the blog Archive page. The blog is an archive page and controlled by wordpress, it doesnโ€™t allow any modifications added to it, this is the default functionality. You cannot edit it with elementor.

Go to Theme Setting > Blog > Check the blog options in theme settings. If you want to add it for a specific blog post then You can modify the blog post by editing it.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

    01. I have updated the theme in the new version and updated the required plugins.

    02. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Column 1 > you are using the HTML block > edit HTML Block With Elementor > edit information box and change the image size.

This is the Promo banner widget. Please upload the images of the same size and proportion and it will show in the same size.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Aizaz,

Thanks so much, everything should be working correctly now. However, I’ve noticed that a fixed image (height, and width) is not working. Thats why it wasn’t correctly.

I got one last question, before I close this ticket. How do I remove the button as seen in the screenshot?

    Thanks so much.

    Hello,

This is not a Theme button. This Button is coming from the Yith plugin. Go to Yith > Request a quote and check the plugin setting.

    Best Regards.
