Footer does not translate completly

I use Woodmart en WPML and the footer is made with a HTML block. When I translate it, it does not translate completely (contact information, opening hours, returns etc.) . Do you know what the problem is here?

As for the Footer, please translate the HTML block in the default translator.
As for the newsletter form, please contact WPML and find out, if this plugin is compatible with WPML.

How do you mean ‘ default translator’? Where do i find this?
The plugin is fully compatible with WPML. But i wil contact them with the issue.

Please delete the current translation and duplicate the content to all the languages, then translate independently, save, and start replacing the content.
