pages display 404 page on Mega Electronics prebuild after import

Hi,
we have an issue regarding the displaying the category pages for the Mega Electronics prebuild website. On our domain the category pages it shows a 404 page (https://www.artessa.ro/product-category/laptops-tablets-pcs/laptops/) and on your demo website, the category pages are displayed correctly (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/product-category/laptops-tablets-pcs/laptops/). All the category pages is displaying the 404 page on our domain.
Same on product pages (https://www.artessa.ro/product-category/laptops-tablets-pcs/laptops/apple-macbook/).
How can we solve this?

I have found that the URLs for category pages are generated from two different ways, for example the Laptops category page it lloks like this:
https://www.artessa.ro/product-category/laptops-tablets-pcs/laptops/ vs
https://www.artessa.ro/index.php/product-category/laptops/

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Hi,

we would also like to ask you to help us setting the swatch style for product variation in a box layout, instead a drop down layout.
We created one product (https://www.artessa.ro/product/gamsol-diluant-mineral-fara-miros-gamblin/) and the product variations are displayed as a drop down (pic-3, pic-4), and we haven’t find the way to set them up to be displayed as a box like on your demo product page (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/product/apple-macbook-pro-16-m1-pro-2/) where the variations “Processors, RAM, Storage” (which are standing for “Gramaj” in our case) are displayed as a box (pic-1).
In our theme demo we do not have this options available (https://www.artessa.ro/product/apple-macbook-pro-16%e2%80%b3-m1-pro/), the sku are the same for both products (pic-2). In our internal theme there are a lot of missing data comparing with your demo.
We also set the swatch style, but they is not being displayed.
