The Woocommerce 360 Image view is stuck on loading at 0%.

    Hi!

    I’m having an issue trying to display a product with the 360-degree view. The loading stays at 0%, both on the main view and when I add it to the gallery. I have deactivated all plugins except for WPBakery Page Builder, Woodmart Core, WooCommerce, and Woocommerce 360 Image, but the problem persists.

    I have attached a screenshot for you to see how the product looks. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Hello,

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Please disable WooCommerce 360° Image plugin and check how it works. WoodMart theme provide its own option and this plugin conflicts with it.

    Hi! I have managed to locate the option, which was actually quite visible, but I had been overlooking it.

    I have added the images to the product gallery as instructed. However, I am still experiencing difficulties with the images not loading properly.
