Hi team,

I search for “orangebox corporatespec”, then this page appears:- https://prnt.sc/hE-KhpoxuzX6

But when i click on the first link, the page opens without a header, see https://prnt.sc/sdnNpIgTTG9g

What could be the issue?

Google search link: https://www.google.com/search?q=orangebox+corporatespec&sca_esv=563011930&rlz=1C5CHFA_enIN1062IN1062&ei=GDT4ZOSqCaiRseMPlYyb-AI&ved=0ahUKEwjklpbHxJWBAxWoSGwGHRXGBi8Q4dUDCA8&uact=5&oq=orangebox+corporatespec&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiF29yYW5nZWJveCBjb3Jwb3JhdGVzcGVjMgUQABiiBDIFEAAYogRItAdQsQVYsQVwAXgAkAEAmAGlAaABtwKqAQMwLjK4AQPIAQD4AQHCAgoQABhHGNYEGLAD4gMEGAAgQeIDBRIBMSBAiAYBkAYD&sclient=gws-wiz-serp

Thanks!

Hello,

Make sure that you have disabled the “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Other.

https://prnt.sc/wxB58TlxdW1D

Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

Kind Regards

Hi,

When you normally open that link, it loads fine; the issue only happens when you click the link from SERP. Though I turned off Mobile DOM optimization and cleared the cache, the issue remained. See; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ec6eCx-7hw-H1COBrWregL9vpLPos6WS/view?usp=sharing

Thanks!

Could you please temporarily disable cache plugin on your website so we can test it?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Thank you in advance

Hi,

It’s the production site, and also, it’s peak time for our business in the UK time, so we can’t turn off all the plugins right now. I can disable these plugins in off time for our business. You have admin access; Please solve the issue, keeping in mind it’s the production site. 🙂

Thanks!
