dynamic discounts not showing on product page

Hi, we have created a dynamic discount but it doesn’t appear on any product page.
Is there anything else that needs doing?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

We did notice though that there is now an area that is looking for an html block but the ID is not valid, could this be where the discount box should be?

Hello,
Dynamic discount has its own element that you can display on your custom Layout. You don’t need to use HTML blocks.
