Category pages title menu (mob)

Hello,
I need a little theme modification support.
It’s only applies for mobiles.
At the category pages title «categories menu» realized that sub-categories expand after arrow click. After click to parent category name – parent category page is opening.
It isn’t comfortable for users (in my situation).
I need to make click to full ‘li’ to expand sub-categories. Without parent category link.
I shown that at the screenshot.
Can you explain, how can i make this modification?
