Woodmart checkout page problem

    Hi, my checkout page looks like this, why is order details not at the right side but underneath the shipping details? how can we fix it?

    Please check the checkout page , you need to add a product to your cart first.

    Hello,

    Please check the Dashboard > Layout if you see the Checkout template, disable it.

    If the problem remains, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Yes but now I have 1 issue, we use sendcloud dynamic checkout and its working correctly at our live website checkout:

    please see image:

    But when I use WOODMART layout checkout (which I like more)
    The sendcloud dynamic checkout does not load (see image)

    So on the staging website we use your checkout layout which we like more but does not work. and on our live website we use our own woodmart standard checkout where it does work.

    Can you locate the problem so that we can implement the sendcloud checkout on the layout checkout version?

    But we want to keep the custom template, why does it not work with custom template ?:)

    Hello,

    Then please configure the column’s width, it seems you tried on insert more content then contain can host.

    You need to correct this template. You can create a new layout take a template and just replace widgets, do not change the width of columns.

    Look we tried to make it as wide as possible but it still does not work. can u please look into it what we can do more?

    sendcloud dynamic checkout is the functionality of a custom plugin. You need to integrate the appropriate hook using woocommerce hook element in the layout.

    Please contact this plugin and find out which hook to use to show it correctly.
