    Hello!
    Can you help me with one issue regarding the related product bar? we are selling posters and frames .. the poster category has subcategories: posters for kids, posters for the kitchen, contemporary art, nature.. and so on…

    My problem is that when I enter on a kid poster, the related product bar is showing me all types of posters.. ( no frames, only posters) which makes me to think that it selects the POSTER category…The entire category..

    The question: is there any chance I could make the related product bar to show only products from the subcategory or sort them by color? ( so I open a beige poster.. the related product bar should show beige posters)

    still not working:
    -I’ve installed the plugin.
    – found the php file only in cpanel..

    – still not working :((((

    Hello,

    The thing is that the “Related Products” functionality comes from WooCommerce so may I request you check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    sorry for the late response but I’am afraid to make major changes: these days I’ve discovered that the mobile version which looked perfectly fine the last months , now looks awful ( for which I will open a separate topic) … and all of our clients use and buy from mobiles.
