augustinovpParticipantHi, the header on the mobile version is not loading ok, the menu buttons (left and right side) does not work anymore.
If i inspect with chrome the header is working propertly but if i open the website with a phisical device (iPhone) the header is broken.
I have disabled all the plugins one by one but it seems to have no effect.
I have tried with different php versions but i got the same result.
All the required plugins are updated to the latest versionAttachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

augustinovpParticipantI have deactivated all modules but still got the same problem.
We have 2 different websites (2 licenses) and on both there is the same problem.
Tested on iPhone xs and ios 14.6 with Safari, Google Chrome and Brave mobile browsers. (all have the same problem)On android devices and newer iphones, the menu and login buttons are working fine.
Also if i test with Google Chrome on PC, the website is working fine.Attachments:

augustinovpParticipantHi, I have iPhone Xs with iOs 14.6
I have checked also the woodmart demo, and there is the same issue.
Please take a look at screenshotswhen i press the menu buttons (both from the top left and bottom bar), the my account and cart, it simply shows the black screen.
When i press the filter button, the panel appears on the half bottom side.
I have also cleared the browsers cache of the iphone. (tested on safari and chrome apps)Attachments:

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
We have checked your site, and it looks normal both on mobile (screenshot https://prnt.sc/ME20066XeX6p) and desktop (screenshot https://prnt.sc/MFj_297F0np0).
Based on your previous reply, you are using Safari 14.0 browser. Unfortunately, Safari 14.0 browser lacks the support of
inset
andflexbox gap
property. The following properties are important to reduce CSS file size and to avoid an excessive DOM size, improving page speed. Woodmart started to implement this property after it was first used in WordPress default themes and Elementor builder. Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 15 and Safari 16 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).Kind Regards
