    Hello,
I am writing about the pop up window that displays on the checkout page, where the customer has to tick the box to agree to the terms before they can complete their purchase.

The main page, if opened in a new tab by itself, displays just fine. However, the little pop open or inline window that opens when you click the terms link displays a bunch of code.

Can you help me fix this?

    Hello,

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.1 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.

I am having a terrible time. My screen does not match the screenshots in the page you linked. I went to another help page that explained the updating (for some reason I am drawing a blank on how to update). Tried that and am getting an error saying the download is missing the .css file. I also tried to use the patcher tab, to see if I could get linked in for automatic updates and it is giving me a parse error.

I am leaving town in two days. Hoping to get things resolved before then, but if not I will need to revisit this when I return.

    Hello,

Please, reinstall the theme with the latest version downloaded from ThemeForest. Upload it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. Then go to WoodMart -> Plugins and update all the required plugins.
If it doesn’t help, please, keep all plugins temporarily turned off so we can check this.

    Best Regards

This post is so old, I am really sorry. I have been doing some major medical stuff and haven’t been able to work on this site at all. I am trying today.

Anyway, I still have not been able to resolve this issue. I have the site and theme completely updated. The only thing I did not do is reinstall the theme. I am fearful that I will lose everything. If the custom edits and whatnot will remain I will try that, but I need a bit of reassurance on that before I redo everything.

I will post the log in information if you can review it and let me know your thoughts on it.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Sorry to say i have not seen any issue on your site. Can you please record a short video for better understanding how to reproduce the issue on your site.

    Best Regards.

I am attaching a video. To keep the file size small, I started on the checkout page where they enter their billing/shipping and payment information, and then they tick the box to accept the TOS.

The problem is when they click the TOS to read it, it is full of WP Bakery code.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
