Open menu item in Header builder dropdown not working!!

When I activate this option, the categories in the web page remain open, and there is no hiding or moving the cursor into the parent category to pop up subcategories.
Please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

Go to Appearance > Menu > expand category menu item > and select the open on mouse event “click”
