I was working on developing my store when it suddenly stopped loading. I deactivated several plugins to check if any of them were causing the problem and discovered that it was Elementor.
    Could they help?

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards.

Friends, as I said, I already tested the plugins and verified that the problem is Elementor.
I will grant access to our store.

    Hello,

That issue is related directly to the Elementor. So contact their support team for further solutions.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any further help or any other info.

    Best Regards.

Friends, is it possible to replace Elementor with Wpbakery without losing what has already been done in the layout? If yes, how to do it?

    #501369

    Hello,

WoodMart works with either the WPBakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. The demo content would be based on the chosen builder. It is not possible to switch from one builder to another after setting everything up.

You will have to reinstall the WordPress and install everything from scratch.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,
we are having the same issues – elementor has totally destroyed our website.
we have tried to switch to WPbakery – however, we are unable to edit pages.
when we try to edit pages we just get a blank page – all previous design work is not shown.
when using WPbakery – we are also unable to import any pre-built pages or websites
we can only use the various elements rather than having a pre-built page and then editing that…
how do we solve this issue ??
