Page Title Bar Not Showing Upon Enabling

I enabled the default PTB and no changes seem to be taking place. I tried all the styles available but nothing is making it appear.

If you are using custom layouts of theme try to disable the layouts or customize the layout in the page and check the issue.
Then Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Page title. You can set the page title from the page settings of the page.
