It started about a month ago, on pages with FlipBox widget (Elementor) it gets totally distorted, sometimes also breaking the menu. It shows properly on desktop, but breaks on mobile.

It wasn’t like this, can you please check?

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Looking forward to collaborating with you!

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

Yeah, it works fine with TwentyTwentyOne for example. Attaching screenshots.

Btw, one of the times I’ve loaded the page with Woodmart theme it also was distorting the menu (attaching as well).

    Thanks

    Hello,

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

Hey, it’s not only connected to the FlipBox –

See how a page with a Gravity Form rendered on mobile

Please advise as soon as possible, it’s really embarrassing to show this to our users

Now it’s also reproducible on Desktop, when not logged-in. Attached screenshot.

    Hello,

Understood. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

It’s still 5 PM here, so we do not want to interfere with the production live site –
I can create a staging environment for you + credentials or you can do deactivations/testing in 5 hours time.
    Please let me know

    Hello,

Yep, the staging site will be better. So in this case, please send me access to the staging site so I will investigate the issue there.

Looking forward to collaborating with you!

    Kind Regards
