Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the parent theme.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

You have set one and the same page as Home page and Shop page.
The Woocommerce filters work only on the shop/product category pages. Please divide the pages and check how it works.
