Can’t add new Image/Thumbnail Image on product categories

Trying to add image/Thumbnail image on product categories but when I click “Upload/Add image” it crashes and cannot scroll up or down. I need to refresh the page. Find a video attached. How can I solved it?

It’s hard to know what caused the problem via recorded video. Please send me with temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

Please update theme to latest version https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
You are also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
I am always kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I have removed the plugins but now Media does not work at all.
You can use the same credentials to see. I have taken a backup so you can try something if you want

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.
If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.
In case it works with default theme, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access, I will debug that issue.
