Header Builder problem – Immediate help

I have an issue regarding the header builder it does not seem to be working properly. Please refer to the attached image. I cannot change the logo or modify anything.
I tried to delete and upload again and nothing seems to change
our website runs on wordpress.com
I have a limited time to update the new theme please help

Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
