The checkout page is incomprehensible

    The checkout page of this theme is baffling to the user, with no regard for the user experience, and such a page can’t even be changed!!!!
    Especially on mobile, customers need to fill in a lot of information before knowing the list of their purchases. And it’s amazing that the most important emails are so importantly weighted placed below the information.

    I tried to use the WooCommerce checkout page instead of it, but after using the shortcode for the page, it still pops up the theme’s checkout page. This is really puzzling.

    And the user checkout has to manually choose to agree to the agreement in order to proceed to payment completion.

    The last 2 images are of the WooCommerce checkout page, hopefully this will allow me to make adjustments or use the WooCommerce checkout page, compatible with the shortcode!

    Go to layouts > Add new > select the layout type checkout and select the predefined design and customize it in the page builder:

    I understand that it’s possible to use the multiple templates provided by the theme for the checkout page here, but the problem is that I’m not happy with the design of the theme.

    I like the design of Woocommerce, it doesn’t have a lot of checkboxes and copywriting content and the layout is much easier to get customer emails.

    I’ve tried creating new layouts and then using the Woocommerce shortcode, but it always shows the theme’s layout, which boggles my mind.

    Try to disable the custom layout and you will see a default Woocommerce page.

    In fact I have disabled it and the page is still the same, can’t call woocommerce, still the theme’s page.

    Hello,

    Our theme doesn’t have a customized checkout. WoodMart just adds some styles to WooCommerce default checkout.

    Checkout page is the Woocommerce functionality and Woocommerce does not provide the option by default. You will need to search for a plugin for this purpose.
