    Hi, for product evaluations, the area where people who have purchased the WooCommerce product can comment is set to active, but there are order statuses that we added later, we cannot evaluate the product while the order is in the statuses added later.     Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Woocommerce only allows evaluation for certain order statuses. We could not integrate the subsequently created order statuses into this problem. Can you help with this? Can you send me a sample code structure?

    Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
