Handmade Demo Vendor Page (Dokan)

Dear Support,

Your vendor page in Handmade looks one way but when I import the demo, my Vendor Store page looks like the attached image and not like your demo.

I have already checked and read the links on the Dokan page so please don’t copy them and post in this reply. No matter which option I chose in Dokan settings under Appearance, it does not change the Vendor Page to look like your demo.

1. How can I get it exactly like your demo?
2. Am I forced to use Elementor Pro to create a custom page?
3. Also I am getting a Page not Found error in my browser tab for this page along with “No products were found of this vendor!”

Hello,

As per your screens you have uploaded the wrong demo, you can use the Elemntor Pro, at the same time you do not need it to get what you see on the demo.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site will be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

No, I didn’t upload screens for the wrong theme. I basically installed one demo, removed it, and then installed Handmade. Nonetheless, I have done a fresh install and have only installed the Handmade demo. While the page looks more like the demo, the products aren’t showing, the tab title still shows page not found, and no matter which vendor page layout I chose in Dokan, it doesn’t change.

I’ve added login info in the private content. Thanks.

Go to the test store VENDOR PAGE

1. The menu bar displays the page but in the tab shows “Page not found”
2. No products displayed. “No products were found of this vendor!”

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Most likely you have not configured the multivendor plugin, you will need to configure the plugin properly, please contact multivendor plugin support on this issue, we do not have instructions on this plugin configuration.
