    Hi,

    We are getting this error when trying to make a purchase, we can’t figure out what the error is. Please help:
    “Something went wrong while performing your request. Please contact website administrator to report this problem.”

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I just tried it with TwentyTwenty and the same error shows up. Can you help us identify what the issue is? What else do you need from us?

    Hello,

    You have checked with the default theme and the issue remains; it means it is not our theme issue. but the “Order” functionality is related to WooCommerce so I cannot tell you exactly. Try to contact their support team for further solutions.
