Problem with Mega menu

    I have created a mega menu that should open on Hover with the mouse.

    However, it doesn’t work as it should every time, I don’t know what it depends on, but I need to refresh the page several times in order for the mega menu to appear.

    I have the same problem with the sticky menu, which is displayed on some pages and not on others, this must not happen!!!

    Please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible.

    The mega menu is set to the “Online Shop” option.

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    I can’t do that because the client is afraid something will go wrong, so I don’t have their permission to do it.

    Is there no other way to diagnose the problem, everything was working normally and the problem appeared suddenly.

    Hello,

    Please create a staging site and test the issue with the plugins related to Woodmart only.
    Then add your plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

    For now you can close this topic but if this continues I will have to contact you again because I don’t have time to create staging sites and test, but it should be your responsibility and task to solve this as soon as possible!
