    The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.

    Please help, what can I do ?

    As we can see, the theme is already activated on your website. Could you please send us a screenshot of the place you get this error now?
