    Hi i have this error to my Page , also the archive page or the product page is not working like the normal!

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Please, keep all plugins temporarily disabled and switch to the parent theme so we can test this.

    Hi the e-Shop is working 24/7 so we cant deactivate the plugins for a long time.

    Please can you switch it for a minute when you login to debug it?

    Hi i did it but inside of a products for example (link on extra info) the background color is not like the normal as before some days.

    That problems starts after the last update..

    We don’t see any background set of the products at all. Could you please clarify what is the problem?
    Also, have you tried the solution we proposed in our previous reply?
