1- why instagram also tiktok not exist in share icons?
2- if I want to add my social networks account as icons to footer or header, how I can do that?

1. Those social networks don’t have the share functionality by default therefore there are no icons.

In the footer, you can define the HTML Block which has an appropriate element from the header builder.
