Product variable shows as a single product & editing of product data tabs

Hello.
One of our products in the shop page displays as a single product despite being a variable. It displays the “Add to cart ” option instead on “Select options”.
Second thing is we are trying to find the option of where to write the product data tab for “Shipping and Delivery” which I cannot seem to find under the product to edit. How can we solve these two issues?

You have enabled showing the variation as a separate product in the Theme Settings > Shop > Variable product, as a result, the product is a single product and cannot have selection.
Description – is the main description on the product page.
Reviews are disabled in the Woocommerce > Settings > Product. It is not editable.
Additional tab (with the attributes) enter each attribute in the product page and disable showing on the product page. Not editable.
Additional tab (Shipping information) You can edit it in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs.
