SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE (I need to create new tab) – HELP!

Hello!
I have a request from my client to insert PDF files, for each product different, that will be visible for customers to preview and download if needed. PDF File contains 40 pages of detailed text about product so my client wants it like that.

It should look like this in following link:

Here you can see, almost at the bottom there is a tab called:
“Quick Guides – Download Your Installation Manual” and in that tab there are few PDF files so customers can download them.

I am not aware how to add that to my product page. It doesn’t need to look the same ofc.
Functionality is the key here, it can be at the very bottom, in the middle or wherever.
